At Swan Animal Haven, we’re dedicated to matching our rescue dogs with loving, responsible homes where they can truly thrive. Our adoption process is designed to ensure the best fit for both you and your future furry companion.

It begins with an initial inquiry, where we learn about your lifestyle and what you’re looking for in a dog. From there, we move to an application review, carefully assessing your application to find the right match. If a match is found, we’ll arrange a meet and greet with a home visit to get to know each other and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Next is the trial period, where you and the dog can adjust and see how things go. If all goes well, you’ll move on to the final adoption, welcoming your new best friend into your life permanently.
