About Spike
Spike is a 1.5-year-old Cattle Dog x Staffy who is looking for a loving family to show him that the world isn’t so scary. Poor Spike hasn’t had the most stable or happy start to life, but the good news is that things are about to change!
Spike can be quite nervous around new people and in unfamiliar environments, but he has already started to come out of his shell in the short time he has been with us. We’re positive that with the right supportive, patient and loving family by his side, he will continue to grow in confidence.
Spike has ended up at the Haven alongside his mum, Marie, through absolutely no fault of his own. While we would love to see them find their forever home together, they can be rehomed separately.
Spike needs a calm and understanding home with someone willing to take things at his pace, give him plenty of reassurance and help him discover all the wonderful things life has to offer.
